Welcome to ShowUp. By using our website and app (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
ShowUp is a travel-planning tool. We use AI to generate suggested itineraries, then help you book the pieces in one of two ways:
(a) Through third-party partners. For flights, rental cars, vacation rentals, activities, and restaurant reservations, ShowUp sends you to a partner’s own website or app (for example Expedia, Vrbo, Viator, or OpenTable), where you complete and pay for the booking. Many of these are affiliate links (see Section 3).
(b) Directly inside ShowUp. For select hotels, you can book a members’ rate without leaving the app; the stay is provided and charged by our licensed booking partner, Nuitée (“LiteAPI”) (see Section 4).
In both cases, ShowUp is not a travel agency, tour operator, or seller of travel, and is not the merchant of record for any booking. The partner or provider you book with is the merchant of record and handles payment, tickets or vouchers, cancellations, refunds, and support under their own terms. ShowUp never charges you for a booking and never sees or stores your card.
ShowUp is free to use. You don’t need an account or any payment to plan trips, view your full day-by-day itinerary, or open booking links. There is no subscription or membership fee (see Section 8).
Itineraries, venues, prices, times, ratings, and availability shown in ShowUp are AI-generated estimates and may be inaccurate, outdated, or unavailable. Always confirm the details — price, availability, dates, policies — directly with the partner before booking or traveling. You are responsible for your own travel decisions, documents (passports, visas), insurance, and compliance with local laws.
When you tap “Book” on a flight, rental car, vacation rental, activity, or restaurant reservation, ShowUp opens the partner’s own website or app (for example Expedia, Vrbo, Viator, or OpenTable). You review live pricing and availability there, complete the booking, and pay the partner directly (where payment is required). That partner is the merchant of record and handles your payment, tickets or vouchers, changes, cancellations, refunds, and support under their own terms. ShowUp is not a party to that transaction and never sees your payment details.

Some hotel stays can be booked directly inside ShowUp at a members’ rate. These bookings are provided and fulfilled by our licensed booking partner, Nuitée (“LiteAPI”), who is the merchant of record for the stay. When you book:
Payment. Your card is charged securely by Nuitée’s payment processor at the time of booking — not by ShowUp. ShowUp never sees, handles, or stores your card details. The price shown at checkout includes all taxes and fees.
Confirmation. On successful payment your stay is confirmed instantly and a confirmation with your booking reference is emailed to you.
Cancellations & refunds. Every stay shows its cancellation policy before you pay and in your confirmation. Cancellations, changes, and refunds are handled by Nuitée under that policy and the property’s rules; approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (typically 5–10 business days). ShowUp does not set, control, or process these policies or refunds.
Support. Nuitée provides 24/7 support for booking issues and problems during your stay. You can always reach us first at info@justshow-up.com and we’ll help you connect with the provider, but the booking, payment, and any dispute are between you and Nuitée under their terms. ShowUp is not liable for the acts, omissions, availability, or service of the provider or the property.
You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to misuse it, disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways. If you create an account, you’re responsible for activity under it.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any itinerary or price will be available or accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShowUp and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your travel, bookings, or reliance on information in the Service. Your dealings with third-party partners are solely between you and them.
ShowUp has no subscription, membership, or recurring fee — planning trips, viewing your full itinerary, and opening booking links are all free. The only time money changes hands is when you choose to book travel (for example, a hotel) through the app or a partner link. In that case, payment for the booking is handled by the travel provider or its payment processor at the price shown before you confirm, under that provider’s own terms — including their cancellation and refund policy. We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
