When you tap “Book” on a flight, rental car, vacation rental, activity, or restaurant reservation, ShowUp opens the partner’s own website or app and you complete and pay for the booking there. We participate in affiliate and creator programs including the Expedia Group Travel Creator Program (covering Expedia and Vrbo), Viator, OpenTable, and others we may add over time. Booking, payment, tickets, changes, cancellations, and refunds are handled entirely by that partner under their terms — ShowUp does not process payments or issue tickets. Because they’re affiliate links, we may earn a commission when you book, at no additional cost to you — you pay the same price you would going direct.
Some hotels can be booked directly in ShowUp at a members’ rate. These stays are provided by our licensed booking partner, Nuitée (“LiteAPI”), who is the merchant of record. Your card is charged securely by Nuitée’s payment processor — ShowUp never sees or stores your card — and your stay is confirmed instantly. You’ll see the exact cancellation policy before you pay, and Nuitée handles cancellations, refunds, and 24/7 support for these bookings. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
Our recommendations are generated to build the best trip for you — not to steer you toward whoever pays the most. Prices shown while planning are estimates; you always see live, final pricing before you pay — on the partner’s site for partner bookings, or at checkout for in-app member-rate hotels. You are never obligated to book through us.
